Description

The assessment phase of an educational experience with digital community engagement projects aims at understanding how well students can master and apply theoretical knowledge in real-world, with the support of digitally supported or connected community activities.

The nature of these educational experiences requires diversity and innovation in assessment tools and resources, specifically aligned to the objectives of a digital community engagement activities. Supervisors cannot only assess student progress as the development of common and digitally based skills but also in terms of implication and impact, with a strong presence of digitally supported methods, in the target communities.
