Description

The feedback phase aims at collecting insights from students, peers or even target communities while inspiring self-reflection by the instructor, using various feedback mechanisms and tools. The main objective is to gather and analyse feedback to refine the course’s structure, the activities, and the assessment methods, ensuring continuous improvement and greater impact in subsequent editions.

The analysis of the feedback from the relevant stakeholders is extremely valuable for ensuring that the course remains relevant, effective, and aligned with the learning needs of students and the objectives of community engagement. By systematically collecting and analysing feedback, educators can make informed decisions to enhance the learning experience and achieve greater educational and community impact.



 Goals

  • Evaluate your course and realize how successful it has been in terms of achieving objectives and students’ development of skills.
  • Collect feedback from your students, peers and other stakeholders to capture different perspectives.
  • Identify strengths and weaknesses analysing data and through self-reflection on the course and the digital community engagement processes.
  • Identify the importance of a continuous improvement system to maintain the alignment with the course objectives.
